When I'm olive-skinned. I know that everybody gets Laser Hair Removal In Kansas hairs, but I get more hairs than my fair-skinned friends. Isn't it suppose to be the other way around? Also, will laser treatment work to remove the hairs work for the ones that are "popping out" of the skin and does it hurt?
answer:its genetic, but go find a good dermatologist to review any hairs. They should check them from time to time.
