I have a hair Laser Hair Removal In Kansas on the back of my neck removed by laser on Thursday and was told to leave the band aid on for a couple days. Thats all the advice i was given. I took the band aid off for the first time a few minutes ago and it looks black. I put some alcohol on it to clean it. Any suggestions as to why its black? Has any one had this done before? answer:The doctor probably cauterized the area so it wouldn't bleed much. I would use an antibiotic salve like Bacitracin or Neosporin on it and put a fresh Band-aid over it.
